Shipping Policies

Order Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Orders are processed and shipped on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings 
  • Cut Offs: Orders placed before 9 AM (local warehouse time) will be processed the same shipping day ( Monday, Wednesday and Friday).

Note: Carrier delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

- Free delivery in Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove and Stony Plain.

- Free delivery on all orders over $65 all across Canada

- International shipping prices vary by territory. See shipping choices by carrier in check-out.

- International orders do not include duties or taxes. Fees may be due upon receipt.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rate and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These charges are pulled from the Canada Post website and reflect the current rate.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders within Edmonton and area.

Deliveries are made on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays. If one of those days lands on a holiday your delivery will be made on the following delivery day. We will notify you that your order is on its way on the day of our arrival.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping and the charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The High Horse Coffee Company is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Depending on the location some international destinations will not receive a tracking information.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@highhorse.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Damages

  • The High Horse Coffee Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at info@highhorse.ca within 3 business days.
  • We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: claims can take up to 30 days to process.
